Ryan Murphy built his career by working hands-on in the trades — developing real experience in woodworking, automotive repair, home remodeling, and property renovations.
His journey into remodeling started with his own home. What began as a way to save money quickly turned into a passion for transforming spaces. In 2012, he completed his first full home renovation — a project that sparked a long-term commitment to the craft. Since then, Ryan has purchased, fully renovated, and sold multiple homes, gaining deep, practical knowledge in every phase of construction.
This experience is what sets RCM Renovations apart.
Ryan understands what it takes to take a project from demolition to finished space — not just in theory, but through years of doing the work himself. His focus is on quality, efficiency, and creating spaces that homeowners truly enjoy living in.
As demand for his work grew, Ryan founded RCM Renovations to bring that same level of craftsmanship and attention to detail to more homeowners across the Twin Cities.
In addition to his hands-on construction experience, Ryan understands how quality remodeling can improve both the functionality and long-term value of a home.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and staying involved in the community. He is an active member and past president of the Eagan Kick-Start Rotary Club. Ryan and his wife Brittany, a business owner herself, share a strong commitment to hard work, service, and helping others succeed.
